4/11/13. Today i found that the President of America has ancestors that came from near to where i live. His ancestors include SIR THOMAS GREENE Sheriff of NORTHAMPTON .It seems that many of the former presidents are connected to NORTHAMPTONSHIRE. It is thanks to Jamie and his work on his web site that it easier to find out the history. I knew that President Obama had ancestors in Ireland as he visited there. May be he would have visited GREENS NORTON NORTHAMPTON if he
had known.
Continuing my research after a few days rest , i came across Jennifer Aniston the actress. Her father family were born in GREECE. So for me that was a dead end . I wanted to see if she had any ancestors from England Scotland and Wales.
I was surprised to find not only in Scotland but in Northamptonshire / Oxfordshire. Again i thought is she related to my large family tree? Yes she is through her mothers side of the family.names that are connected to her family include GREENE.of Greens Norton.GAGE of SUSSEX, who the KNIGHTLEY family married into.SPENCER ,DIANA PRINCESS OF WALES family.WASHINGTON family of SULGRAVE .NORTHAMPTONSHIRE.The best of all surnames has to be my great grand mothers MARY HERITAGE family from Banbury area, including NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, OXFORDSHIRE, WARWICKSHIRE.
